Choose Your Hard

Life is hard, am I right?

Becoming fit and well is hard.

But so is being insecure and unhealthy.

Working out is hard.

But so is being weak.

Eating clean is hard.

But so are the ramifications of toxic, processed foods.

Making positive changes is hard.

But so is being stuck in your discomfort.

Healing is hard. 

But so is hurting.

Dedicating time to better yourself is hard.

But so is wasting the time you’ll never get back.

Losing weight is hard.

But so is losing confidence.

Being disciplined is hard.

But so is losing self-respect after self-sabotage.
